Can I cancel my order?
Yes— cancellations are possible, as long as your order has not yet been processed or packed by the team. Email us info@sakk.com.au. Once packed through our automated system, cancellation is no longer possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay, along with other secure regional options available at checkout.
What if I forgot to apply my discount code?
Discounts are automatically applied on checkout. Once your order is placed, we can’t retroactively apply codes.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If no email is provided at checkout with your order, you will not receive our automated tracking & order updates. If an email was provided, please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us with your name and order details, and we can manually send the confirmation order.
